Our company, which is an Information Technologies company, undertakes to fully comply with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) published in the Official Gazette dated 7 April 2016 and numbered 29677. As the Company, we attach great importance to the processing and storage of all personal data of all persons associated with the Company, including those who benefit from our products and services, in accordance with KVKK No. 6698. Being fully aware of this responsibility, as the Data Controller as defined in the KVKK, we collect, process and, if necessary, store your personal data as explained below and within the limits ordered by the legislation.

Data Collection Method and Legal Reason

Collection, Processing and Purposes of Personal Data;

Although your personal data may vary depending on the service provided by our Company and the commercial activities of our Company; automatically or non-automatically, our Company's units and offices, website, fairgrounds and similar means can be collected verbally, in writing or electronically. As long as you benefit from the products and services offered by our company, when you use our call centers or our website, when you visit our company or our website, when you participate in training, surveys, seminars, research or organizations organized by our company, your personal data may be processed.

In addition, your Personal Data may be processed in order to provide the services provided by our Company within the determined legal framework in line with the purposes stated below, and to fulfill its contractual and legal responsibilities in a complete and correct manner.

Personal Data may be collected and processed in relation to the purpose of our company, including but not limited to the following.

  1. A survey application that will ensure the quality of services and the determination of business strategies,
  2. Verification and update of our Personal Data records,
  3. Including the provision of services you request; responding to the questions and requests you send to us,
  4. Carrying out the necessary studies regarding the services offered by our company by our business units, 
  5. Ensuring the legal and commercial security of people who have a business relationship with our company,

  7. Providing your access to new services offered by our company,

It can be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law. Our company will not go beyond these purposes and bases in terms of processing Personal Data.

To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Our Company may transfer your Personal Data to third parties in the following ways.

  1. Carrying out the necessary work by our business units in order to benefit you from the products and services offered by our company and legal and real persons who have a business relationship with our company,
  2. Suggesting the products and services offered by our company and legal and real persons who have a business relationship with our company by customizing them according to your tastes, usage habits and needs,
  3. Ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company and those who have a business relationship with our company (Administrative operations for communication carried out by our company, ensuring the physical security and control of the locations of the Company, business partner/customer/supplier (authorized or employee) evaluation processes, reputation research processes, legal compliance process, audit, financial affairs, etc.),
  4. Pursuant to applicable law or in response to a subpoena or order of a government agency,
  5. Determining and implementing our company's commercial and business strategies,
  6. Ensuring the execution of our company's human resources policies,
  7. Without limitation, the party receiving or obtaining the personally identifiable information, to use the personally identifiable information in accordance with this Clarification Text and to secure it in accordance with this Informative Text,
    in connection with a change of ownership or control, including, without limitation, a merger or acquisition of any or all of the Company's business assets, provided that it agrees to protect and maintain its integrity and confidentiality;
  8. It can be transferred within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law.

Our company maintains the Personal Data it processes in an accurate and up-to-date manner within the methods stipulated in the relevant legislation and Board decisions. Our company will delete or destroy the Personal Data ex officio or upon the request of the person concerned, in case the reasons requiring its processing disappear.

Rights of the Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of the KVKK

As the Related Person; You can submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company through the methods set out below in this Clarification Text.

  1. Learning whether your personal data is processed,
  2. If your personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
  3. To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
  4. Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, in the country or abroad,
  5. Requesting correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  6. Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVK Law and other relevant laws, and requesting that the process carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  7. Objecting to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  8. You have the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

Application Procedure to Data Controller

Pursuant to the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in order to exercise your above-mentioned rights, in person, through a notary public or by registered mail, on behalf of our Company, Universities Mahallesi Ankara Technology Development Zone, Cyberpark Foundation Building. You can send it to 1605. cad No 102 06800 Bilkent /Çankaya /Ankara address, or you can send it to your e-mail address by using secure electronic signature, mobile signature or using your e-mail address previously notified to our Company by you and registered in our systems.

Our company will conclude your requests in the application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction in question requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged. Our company may accept the request or reject it by explaining the reason; notifies the relevant person in writing or electronically.

If the request in the application is accepted, our Company will fulfill the requirements and provide additional information. In cases where the application is rejected, the answer given is insufficient or the application is not answered in due time; The Relevant Person has the right to lodge a complaint with the Board within thirty days from the date of learning the answer, and possibly within sixty days from the date of application.
